Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Agreement & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions govern all service contracts, quotations, and operational assignments provided by Shahual Group Limited ("the Company") to commercial and private clients ("the Client"). Services encompass Security Division operations (guarding, keyholding, K9, CCTV) and Logistics Division operations (same-day courier, removals, B2B distribution).

2. Security Guarding & Keyholding Operations

  • SIA Compliance: All guarding personnel assigned by the Company hold active SIA licences and are screened to BS 7858 specifications.
  • Key Storage: Keys deposited for keyholding and alarm response are stored in BS 7984-compliant biometric safes without attached property addresses.
  • Alarm Response SLA: Average response times are targeted under 20 minutes; however, severe traffic, extreme weather, or blue-light police closures may occasionally impact arrival windows.

3. Logistics & Freight Transportation

  • Collection SLAs: 60-minute express collection SLA applies within primary UK metropolitan service zones upon booking confirmation.
  • Goods in Transit Insurance: Standard consignments are insured up to £50,000 against loss or damage in transit, subject to RHA (Road Haulage Association) standard conditions. High-value cargo exceeding this limit must be declared prior to vehicle dispatch.
  • Dangerous Goods (ADR): Hazardous materials must be explicitly declared and packaged in compliance with UK Carriage of Dangerous Goods regulations.

4. Client Obligations & Site Access

The Client must provide safe site access, accurate Assignment Instructions, and ensure perimeters comply with UK Health & Safety at Work legislation. The Company reserves the right to withdraw personnel if site safety is compromised.

5. Payment Terms & Rates

Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance unless credit arrangements are agreed in writing. Late payments incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, the Company's liability for property damage or indirect financial loss shall not exceed £10,000,000 under our master insurance policies.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
